Santosh Sivan’s busy sketching and gardening during the lockdown

Renowned cinematographer and director Santosh Sivan is taking it easy these days, relaxing in his apartment in Mumbai during the lockdown. The filmmaker tells us, “I have been busy with gardening, sketching, reading and cooking as I am alone at my Mumbai apartment
. I am working out on the treadmill when I can.” Santosh, who had helmed Kalidas and Manju Warrier-starrer Jack n’ Jill, says that he is planning to release the movie in Tamil and Malayalam. The film was supposed to hit theatres in April 2020 but the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown has pushed the plans.
