The directorial debut of Anoop Sathyan 'Varane Avashyamund' starring Suresh Gopi, Shobana, Dulquer Salmaan and Kalyani Priyadarshan has been making quite a bit of a buzz since the film was released. The woman alleged that in one of the scenes, on a standee, the producers used her face, which is an advertising for a weight loss programme.According to sources the woman is a journalist. Dulquer Salmaan, who played a part in the film and is also the film's director, apologised for the same thing. The director, accepting blame for the incident, said it was accidental, and would look into the matter.

Taking on his Twitter account, Dulquer Salmaan said, "In our name we take full responsibility for the mistake. Will look into it with the film's concerned departments to clarify the origins of the images. I apologise for any problems created from my end and from the film as well as from @DQsWayfarerFilm. It was not intentional.
