Karthika Muraleedharan In Mammootty's 'Uncle'

Karthika Muraraleedharan who made her debut in Dulquer Salmaan's CIA is now teaming up with Mammootty for her next movie. She is roped in play the female lead in 'Uncle' which is scripted by Joy Mathew and directed by Girish Damodar. The movie which is said to be a family drama that closely resembles the socio-political reality of present-day Kerala socie , will have Mammootty in the title role. 'Uncle' also stars Joy Mathew, Asha Sharath, Vinay Forrt, Suresh Krishna, Kailash, Sheela, and Muthumani among others in supporting roles. Veteran Azhagappan will be cranking the camera and Bijibal will handle the music department.
