Megha Mathai Signs Two Films

Megha Mathai, who last appeared in a small role in the movie Aanandam and then in a significant role in Oru Mexican Aparatha, has been roped in for two films. She has signed Mandaram and Vigadakumara. Touted to be a love story, Mandaram will see the actress romancing Arjun Ashokan.
Mandaram will be directed by debutant Vijesh Vijay. Actor Asif Ali will be seen in the lead role in the flick. Since the story spans 25 years, from the lead’s childhood till the age of 32, therefore Asif will be seen in five looks. Apart from Arjun, Megha and Asif, the movie will also feature Jacob Gregory and Bhagath Manuel.
In Vigadakumara, which has been directed by Boban Samuel, the actress will essay the role of an advocate. She is also in talks with other filmmakers for upcoming projects, but refused to divulge details about them. Megha, who is also a classical dancer, says that she loves dancing more than acting. “I love dance more than acting but since I am getting a lot of film offers, I am not letting those slip by. I choose roles that I feel are good.”
