The Madras High Court restrained singer Bhavninder Singh from circulating his snaps with actress Amala Paul. Amala Paul and Bhavninder Singh were in a relationship for a while. After Bhavinder Singh released some pictures of the couple together last March, the rumors of their marriage were strong on social media. Following this, Amala filed a petition alleging that the pictures were to defame her.
Bhavaninder shared pictures of himself in traditional attire with Amala on his Instagram. With this, there was a rumor that the two were getting married. Bhavaninder removed the pictures, however, it went viral.
Amala moved the court alleging that Bhavaninder misused the pictures taken as part of a photoshoot. In the petition, Amala also demanded that Bhavaninder should not publish even a single photo of the two together. The court granted Amala's request and has now issued a favorable order to the actress.
