Lissy Lakshmi Set To Make A Comeback With This Tollywood Movie

Former Malayalam actress Lissy Lakshmi is known to have starred in the 1986 movie Vikram alongside Kamal Haasan. At the age of 22, Lakshmi quit her acting career after getting married with filmmaker Priyadarshan. The former actress is returning to the silver screen after a long span of 25 years.
The actress will be portraying a crucial character in Nithiin and Megha Akash’s upcoming film with debutant director Krishna Chaitanya that is to be jointly bankrolled by Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas. The veteran actress took to her social media handle to share her excitement. Her post read as, “After so many years of absence I faced the camera for the first time in New York”.
The post further read as, “It was a nervous yet thrilling moment. I must say I had missed it!!! (sic)”. In the peak time of her acting career, Lakshmi starred in several Tollywood movies such as Sakshi, Magaadu, Doshi Nirdoshi, 20va Shatabdam, Mamashri, Aatman Bandham and Shiva Shakti.
