Kunchacko Boban’s Next To Be Shot In His Hometown Alappuzha
Reported By 10 Oct 2017
Kunchacko Boban has always been vocal about his love for Alappuzha, which is his hometown. After shooting for Pullipulikalum Aattinkuttiyum, the actor will once again visit the city to shoot for his upcoming movie. The untitled flick will be directed by cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Sreejith Vijayan, who makes his directorial debut with the flick.
"It's an all-out fun entertainer set in Kuttanad and Chackochan will be playing a rustic character in the movie. Aditi Ravi has been roped in as the heroine,” said Sreejith. Just like his earlier movie Varnyathil Aashanka, Kunchacko will have his own motley crew in this film also. "Dharmajan, Ramesh Pisharody, Innocent and Salim Kumar play his buddies and all of them have comic shades," says Vijayan.
When asked why he chose Alappuzha for the film, the director said, “We wanted to have a vibrant setting and what better place than the backwaters of Kerala.” The flick will go on floors in November. Boban is currently busy shooting for Sugeeth's Shikkari Shambu. He also has Ramesh Pisharody's directorial debut in his kitty. The flick will have Jayaram playing the lead role.
