Dulquer Salmaan's 'Kurup' facing legal issues?

The makers of Kurup have been served with a legal notice as per certain reports by the family of film representative Chacko, who was allegedly burnt to death by Kerala’s most famous fugitive, Sukumara Kurup.
Kurup, incidentally is based on the life of Sukumara Kurup, and has Dulquer Salmaan in the title role. The movie is being directed by Srinath Rajendran.
The family of Chacko has reportedly asked for their go ahead before the movie releases as they don’t want misrepresentation of facts.Chacko was a film representative who was allegedly burnt to death in a car by Sukumara Kurup, in an attempted insurance forgery, in 1984.
