A. R. Rahman Is Now The Brand Ambassador For A State

It is reported that Academy Award winner A. R. Rahman will be the brand ambassador for the North-east Indian state, Sikkim. This is yet another honor for Isaipuyal who has won many international and pan-Indian awards and recognition. At the Sikkim Red Panda Winter Carnival 2017-18, the annual tourism event organized by the state tourism department, Chief Minister Pawan Chamling announced the same. He also thanked Rahman for accepting to associate himself with Sikkim. CM Chamling presented a handwoven carpet to him. Rahman, in his acceptance speech, has reportedly conveyed his pleasure to be associated with Sikkim - one of the most popular tourist destinations of India.
