'Take Off' Makes It To The International Film Festival Of India

Maneesh Narayanan's debut directorial 'Take Off' starring Parvathy, Kunchako Boban, Asif Ali and Fahadh Faasil in the pivotal roles has been one of the finest Malayalam movies which hit screens this year. The movie is based on the real-life ordeal of 46 nurses who were left stranded in the Iraqi city Tikrit in 2014 and has impressed the audience and critics a great deal. 'Take Off' has now made it into the International Film Festival Of India which is to be held in Goa later this month. The movie will be screened in the Indian Panorama segment of the festival. Reportedly, 'Take Off' is the only Malayalam movie which has made it to the section Indian Panorama.
