Asif Ali's Starts Shooting For His Next Titled 'Mandaram'

Asif Ali's next titled 'Mandaram' directed by debutant Vijesh Vijay has started rolling recently in Delhi. Asif has joined the sets of the movie which will be majorly shot in Delhi, Leh, and Ladakh. Reportedly, “The story spans 25-plus years – from the protagonist’s childhood to his life at 32. So, Asif will be seen in different appearances in each stage of the character’s life,” says Vijesh. He added, “It’s about how a romance changes a person’s life, and also how grandparents, parents and friends influence his love life,” says the filmmaker. “The father-son relationship is also pivotal part of the story.” According to the director of the movie, 'Mandaram' is all about how romance influence and changes the life of a person. The director further stated that they have already shot the portions which shows the protagonist’s childhood. Apart from Asif, the film will also feature Jacob Gregory, Arjun Asokan and Bhagath Manuel. The flick will have two actresses which the team is yet to finalise.
