Malaika Arora Khans' Fitness Secret

Be it events, movie screens or social media, Malika Aurora Khans' looks always make many wonders what she does to have this great physique at this age.
In her 2012 interview with one of the leading fashion magazine, the actress said:
"I'm truly blessed with great genes. I've never done anything drastic in my life, and I can proudly say I haven't tried any of those crazy fad diets either. I believe in eating right and living healthy. Plus, I love going to the gym and I enjoy yoga because it streamlines your body. I'm quite 'hip heavy', so a mix of yoga, weights and core training keeps me in shape. I also dance a lot. Surprisingly, I never worked out before I had my baby. I only danced; there's so much movement and that was a great work out for me. I'm particular about my skin and my beauty routine is pretty simple. I trust gentle and regular cleansing, but I avoid facials. I religiously follow my three-step process of cleansing, toning and moisturising. I also swear by intraceutical treatments—they work! They infuse your skin with oxygen to smoothen lines."
