GV Prakash Kumar’s Semma for pooja holidays

GV Prakash starrer Semma is ready to run the race with some biggies at the box office for Pooja holidays in the last week of September.Directed by Vallikanth, a former associate of Pandiraj, the movie has been censored with U certificate.Arthana Binu, who debuted with Samuthirakani’s Thondan, plays the heroine. Produced in Pandiraj’s home banner, the film’s screenplay is written by Pandiraj himself.Semma is set in Trichy. Speaking about the film, the music composer-turned-actor, says, ‘I play the character of Kuzhandai who sells vegetables in a market. The film is a full-fledged comedy and a simple entertainer. I have attempted Trichy slang, which was interesting for me.’
