Trisha walks out of the upcoming Telugu film Acharya in Chiranjeevi due to artistic differences

Trisha revealed on Friday that she has opted out of artistic differences from Chiranjeevi's upcoming Telugu film Acharya. The star, 36, has taken to Twitter to announce that she is no longer a part of the film.It's been four years since Trisha started working in a Telugu movie. Her last outing in Telugu was the horror thriller Nayaki in 2016.

After a decade, Acharya, which is directed by Koratala Siva, was to mark Trisha's reunion with Chiranjeevi. Previously they had worked together in Telugu movie Stalin, directed by A R Murugadoss.In actor Mahesh Babu, the makers are trying to rope to play an extended cameo in the movie that has music from Mani Sharma. Regina Cassandra has recently been roped in on a party song for a special performance.

The film allegedly revolves around a middle-aged Naxalite-turned-social reformer who is launching a fight against the Department of Endowments over misappropriation and misappropriation of temple funds and donations.The film, which will be produced by Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments, marks Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva's maiden collaboration. The film's budget is said to be on Rs 140 Crore.
