Speed is a 2007 Bollywood action thriller film directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Harry Baweja. The film features an ensemble cast of Sanjay Suri, Urmila Matondkar, Aftab Shivdasani, Zayed Khan, Aashish Chaudhary and Tanushree Dutta in lead roles The storyline is a remake of the 2004 American film Cellular.Sid's wife Richa is kidnapped by Kabir, who wants Sid to kill the Prime Minister. While in captivity, Richa gets her hands on a phone and randomly dials Sandy's number asking him for help.
