Raja Rajan is a Tamil language film starring M. G. Ramachandran, Padmini and Lalitha in the lead roles. The film was released in the 26 April 1957. Though it is a good entertainer with hit songs the film didn't do well at box-office and ran for just above 50 days. (It was screened at Raja theatre vellore also. Vanangamudi, Maya bazaar and Raja Rajan came at the same time. Lalitha and Padmini look very pretty in this good entertainer.) The film has excellent meaningful dialogues by Elangovan. The dialogues can be enjoyed even now.
