pizza is an Indian Hindi supernatural thriller film directed by Akshay Akkineni. The film is a remake of 2012 Tamil film, Pizza, directed by Karthik Subbaraj and was released on 18 July 2014. The film was shot in 3D. The critical and commercial success of the Tamil version led to its remakes in Kannada and Bengali. The remake rights for the Hindi version was bought by Bejoy Nambiar for 1.5 crore which itself was the actual budget of the original version. The movie was a box office hit. Akshay Oberoi and Parvathy Ommanakuttan were in the lead roles.
