Oorukku Uzhaippavan (Tamil: ஊருக்கு உழைப்பவன் English: Worker For The Country), is a 1976 Indian Tamil thriller film written and directed by M. Krishnan Nair, starring M. G. Ramachandran in the lead role, with Vanisri, Venniradai Nirmala enacting supporting roles.
The film is a remake of 1970 Kannada movie Baalu Belagithu which was also remade in Telugu as Manchivadu (1973) and in Hindi as Humshakal.
