Khatta Meetha is a 2010 Hindi Comedy drama film written and directed by Priyadarshan that stars Akshay Kumar and Trish Krishnan in the lead roles.The film is a remake of Priyadarshan's previous Malayalam film " vellanakalude Nadu (1988) , scripted by Sreenivasan. Khatta Meetha was relesed on 23 July 2000. The film was produced by Shree Ashtavinayaka Cine Vision Ltd and Hari Om Productions. It was relesed on 5 August 2010.
