Kanni Paruvathile is a 1979 Tamil film directed by B. V. Balaguru. The film is about an impotent husband - who got injured by a bull in a village jallikattu event - and his wife . The story revolves around how they deal with the daily pressures of society and another man , who wants to have extra-marital relationship with the woman.Things are not pleasant for a husband as another man wants to have an affair with his wife. The film was a blockbuster and completed a 224-day run at the box office.
