Kadhal Rojavae is a 2000 Tamil romantic film directed by Keyaar, which was a remake of the 1991 Hindi film Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin by Mahesh Bhatt. A young girl flees home in search of her lover. En route, she is chased by goons and is saved by a journalist, whom she ultimately falls in love with. The film's music is composed by Ilaiyaraaja, and the film opened in January 2000 to a negative response at the box office.
