Hiraasat is a 1987 Hindi-language Indian feature film directed by Surendra Mohan, starring Shatrughan Sinha, Mithun Chakraborthy, Hema Malini, Anita Raj, Kalpana Iyer, Prem chopra, Shakti kapoor and Deven Varma. ACP Ashok Saxena is an honest middle-class police officer who lives with his wife Shobha and college-going brother Rajesh. However, he is framed in a case of drug-trafficking and gets arrested. Shatrughan Sinha played a character of honest police office who could sacrifice everything for country.
