Achuvettante Veedu is a film directed by Balachandra Menon.The story is about Achuthankutty Nair (Nedumudi Venu) and his family. Achuthan relocates to Trivandram to a rented apartment. His dream is to build his own house and struggles for it. In his new neighborhood there is a men's hostel which creates a nuisance to his life. Achuthan is concerned about the safety and well-being of his family, which consists of his wife and two daughters. When he gets transferred to Trivandrum, he faces problems at his new rented house. Vipin stays in the men's hostel creates trouble for Achuthankutty and his family.
