Aayushkalam (English:Life Long) is a 1992 Malayalam psychological thriller-fantasy film starring Jayaram, Mukesh, Sreenivasan and Gavin Packard. This movie was an uncredited adaptation of the 1990 Hollywood film Heart Condition[1] Aayushkalam was remade to Hindi as Hello Brother.Balakrishnan is a heart patient and works as a banker. He urgently needs a heart transplant and luckily he receives the heart of Aby Mathew who was dead a few moments ago in a car accident. After the operation, Balakrishnan discovers that he can see Aby Mathew while nobody else can. Balakrishnan realises that Aby Mathew is a ghost and is only visible to him.
