After four years on the ramp, Shawar Ali is turning actor with Asambhav. Ali who has worked in UK with renowned fashion house Calvin Klein (his was their in-house model for three months in 2002) shifted to Mumbai in 2000.What Ali counts as his plus point is his middle class upbringing (his father is a farmer back in Bhopal) and the fluent Hindi that will help him carve a niche in Bollywood.
