B U nnikrishnan is an indian film director and screenwriter who works in mlayalam cinema. His parents were P.S Bhaskaran pillia and Ponnamma Baskaran pillai.after his studies he started publishing his writings on literature, politics and culture during the early 1990s. He started his career as a screenwriter in 2000 by writing Jalamarmaram which won him the Kerala State Film Award for the best screenplay . Unnikrishnan is involved in organisational activities in Malayalam cinema and was the General Secretary of Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA) for a long time.he directed the film Smart city , Madambi, Pramani ,i love me....
