Anju is an Indian film actress best known for her work in Malayalam movies and Tamil movies. She came into movie industry as a child Artist with the name Baby Anju. She hails from Tamil Nadu and is now acting in Tele films and soap operas. She debuted at the age of two with the Tamil movie Uthiripookkal in 1979. She had acted in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu movies as well. She was the Kerala State film award winner of the year 1988 for the movie Rukmini.She is born at Tamil Nadu to a Muslim father and a Hindu mother. She was married to Kannada actor Tiger Prabhakar but ended in divorce. They have a son Arjun. She also married Tamil actor O.A.K.Sundar.she has acted in more films like veerappu, pop corn, adhikari, ne thodumpoth, etc.
